By offering a portion of its shares for subscription, the company aims to support its digital transformation projects, expand its ownership base, and increase liquidity in its shares, enabling the company to achieve its strategic objectives and capitalize on future growth opportunities.

The shareholder is entitled to his share of the profits in accordance with the General Assembly resolution issued in this regard. The resolution shall specify the due date and the distribution date. The right to profits shall be for the shareholders registered in the shareholders’ records at the end of the day specified for the due date.

The company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering to finance its project expansion plan and capital needs.
